This hose in hose heat exchanger utilises professional swaged fittings and quality materials to deliver the most reliable and trouble free performance from your SVO conversion. A combination of stainless steel fittings and aircraft aluminium fuel tube ensures your SVO does not react with incompatible materials.

This setup can easily be incorporated into most vehicle designs. All fittings required to tee into your existing 5/8″ heater hose as well as your 3/8″ fuel line are provided. The complete kit includes everything required to install and professionally mount to your vehicle.

SVO conversions are simple and reliable as long as people follow a few basic steps. It is extremely important that the SVO be heated to around 80 oC to ensure it injects and burns evenly within your engines combustion chambers. Incorporate the Scintex 12V Fuel Temperature Gauge Kit to guarantee your fuel is at to the desired temperature.

The advantage to the Scintex SVO ″Hose in Hose″ Heat Exchanger is that it provides a full bore 3/8″ fuel line to your lift pump and filters. Other cheaper ″plate″ style heat exchangers can block or restrict flow to your engine. Utilising your engines existing coolant system in a counter current heat exchanger design will result in years of trouble free performance from a professional kit.
