Our online shopping cart uses an automated shipping module to generate your Shipping Fee based on total order weight. This is displayed when you add items to your cart, go "view cart" and then put your post code into the Shipping Estimator. While the shipping module is quite accurate, it is certainly not perfect. If you feel the shipping fee is greater than what it should be, please feel free to contact us and we can provide a manual shipping quotation for your order. 

For very large, heavy, or bulky items to remote locations you may be requested to collect your goods from the local courier depot. Scintex will inform you prior to processing your order if this is required and you will have the option to cancel your order if it doesn't suit.

SCINTEX uses Australia Post, Toll Priority and Hunter Express to ship the majority of goods. Items under 5kg will usually be sent via standard satchel delivery. Items over 5kg are sent as 'offpeak' parcels and will take between 3-5 days for delivery (remote locations can take longer). Also, if you would like your order held a the depot or have any particular shipping instructions please email us or leave a note when placing your order.

We are unable to have goods couriered to a PO BOX. If required, we will email you for a shipping address and contact phone number.
