SCINTEX uses Australia Post, Toll Priority and Transdirect to ship the majority of goods. Items under 5kg will usually be sent via standard satchel delivery. Items over 5kg are sent as 'offpeak' parcels and will take between 3-5 days for delivery. If you wish your goods to be sent by express courier or if you wish to use your own shipping account please email us at sales@scintex.com.au. All orders are registered and a tracking number can be provided on request.

When using the online shopping cart: If you have purchased several different items the shopping cart may charge P&H on all or some of the items. Where possible we will package items to minimize the cost to you. If you feel you have been over charged for P&H please email us and we will provide you with an invoice and shipping quote.

If your order needs to be sent by courier a full shipping address may be requested as most couriers will not deliver to a PO Box.
