The warranty starts on the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser of the product.

Warranty does not cover consumable goods.

The warranty only covers against poor workmanship and faults from normal use.

Warranty does not cover goods which are found to be misused or neglected. Ultimately all decisions are at the discretion of SCINTEX.

The Buyer is to cover the cost of shipping to return any goods claimed under warranty.

SCINTEX is not liable for any damage caused as a result of misuse of our products.

By accepting delivery of the goods you are agreeing to the conditions of the warranty.

RETURNS POLICY

All goods returned to SCINTEX attract a 25% restocking fee.

Goods are to be returned at the buyers expense and must be in the original packaging as provided by SCINTEX.

Used goods are unable to be returned to SCINTEX.

Goods must be return during the 14 day period post purchase to qualify for reimbursement.
