Other customers may wish to know that this 3.5 inch snorkel pre cleaner does fit the Airtec aka TJM snorkel for a 2012 Defender. The fitment is a little loose, nothing a hose clamp doesn’t fix.

I purchased the Snorkel Pre Cleaner after my 2007 2.5 CRDI Sorrento stopped after only two hours driving on a very dusty track due to the main [clean] filter becoming clogged when driving in a well spaced convoy.

After fitting the Snorkel Pre Cleaner I never had this problem again and the main filter remained clean. An excellent product. It has been in use for more than four years no and I am still pleased.

May I suggest a bit more paint on the steel parts is very desirable.
