Submersible Pumps

Range of submersible pumps including well bore pumps, dirty water pumps, centrifuge pumps, trash pumps, septic tank pumps and more. Flow rate & pressure options available. 12V, 24V, 240V options for specific pumps.

The range includes submersible solar water pumps in 300W or 600W options, the submersible well bore pump with a 12L/ Min flow rate, the dirty water high flow submersible pumps with 700L/ Min or 1,170L/ Min options.

We also stock the stainless steel submersible centrifugal pump which is a 240V, single phase unit with a 95L/ min flow rate, the industrial site drainage submersible pump with a 300L/ min flow rate as well as additional pumps including dewatering submersible pumps, 3 phase aluminium casing submersible pumps, a high pressure submersible pump and puddle sucker pumps.

Septic tank and sand and slurry submersible pumps are also available as part of the range with high flow rates.

Our newest unit to the range is the flex drive submersible trash pump. This unit is available in a petrol option with the Honda GX160 engine or in diesel through YANMAR or KAMA engines. View the product video below.

Clean water pumps are designed for relatively clear liquids and achieve higher flow efficiency, while dirty water pumps have larger internal clearances that allow solids and debris to pass without blocking. Selecting the correct pump prevents premature wear and poor performance.
Maximum operating depth depends on the pump design and cable rating. Domestic drainage pumps may only operate a few metres below the surface, while bore pumps are designed for much greater depths. Always follow the manufacturer's specifications.
Frequent cycling is commonly caused by a faulty float switch, incorrect pressure tank settings, blocked pipework or a system leak. Continuous cycling shortens motor life and should be investigated promptly.
Most standard submersible pumps rely on the surrounding water for cooling and lubrication. Running dry can quickly overheat seals and the motor. Dry-run protection or level controls are recommended where water levels fluctuate.
Regularly inspect the intake screen, cable, float switch and discharge pipework. Removing accumulated debris and checking for seal leaks helps maximise reliability, particularly in wastewater and construction applications.
