Sherpa 4x4 2015 Winch Range.
Every now and again we have some products that we get quite excited to be able to offer our customers, the 2015 Sherpa 4x4 winch range is one of those.
Sherpa 4x4 have been standing back from the crowd for a number of years now but with this introduction they are making a clear statement that they want to play with the big boys.
The first thing that you will notice is the vibrant yellow colouring of the winch, while this may not appeal to some people many love the idea of being able to be a little bit showy when you they have purchased their shiny new toy. It also makes it much harder to loose.
What you may not notice straight away is the upgrade of the components, moving away from cast alloy instead working with stainless steel for all the fittings and cross beams. Further to this there has been improvements to the internal gearing and drive.
Addition improvements have been made to "The Mule" offering a full dual motor redundancy system so that should a motor fail you will notice almost no difference in the pull. This also means that the motors will have a longer life as less stress is placed on each motor during normal use.
Sherpa 4x4 have also introduce the light weight of the family, "The Mustang". This 9,500lb 28m winch has been released with the same vigorous testing of the entire range is for those travellers that may not be taking half a house with them around the country. Running a 6HP and weighing in at only 21Kg it is one of the best spec'd winches in its class and it starts as low as $699.
2015 offers lots of new options and plenty of improvements from the Sherpa team. You can find out all the information on the new winches on the Scintex website using the shortcuts below.
