Our oil to biodiesel conversion processors are made in our Brisbane workshop and have been sold all over the world. We also have a strong offering in biodiesel purification and filtering. Scintex developed SiliWash dry wash to compete with the likes of Magnesol. It acts as a great fuel polishing additive that quickly adsorbs impurities and then can be quickly and easily removed by filtration. We have many filtration options ranging from stainless steel filter housings which take a polypropylene filter sock through to water absorbing biodiesel and diesel filters which can be used on vehicle. Analysis of the feedstock oil can be done with our highly accurate titration kits which will aid in biodiesel production and reduce time and costs associated with the final polishing treatment. For customers opting for a vehicle conversion to run on straight vegetable oil Scintex can supply fuel and oil tanks, fuel change over valves as well as onboard biofuel pumps and filters.

I purchased one of these sprays for myself then purchased another spray for one of my sons. This spray is powerfull and sprays a usefull (backed off jet) spray for 5-8m covering my lawn uniformly (using a single nozzle) effortlessly. 2+ sprays from a charge. The sieve at the top of the spray filling neck captured imputities in the fertiliser used. I suggest buyers apply a thin synthetic grease over the adjustments and switch as these components are made primarily for internal use. The shaft and toggle switch needs protection from corrosive chemicals. The DC IN connector would also benefit from a light coating of grease - and regrease 3-4 times/year. As an example, I use Super Lube grease.

I have tried the 160psi pump, but I'm running my gear as a spraying contract operation and it was not suitable for my setup with a long hose. 200psi pump is exactly what I was chasing. Jack was great to deal with.
As warned the assembly instructions are sketchy but the final assembled product has exceeded my expectations. I’ve used it on our back 2 acre paddock & 1 acre of front gardens & it works exceptionally well!
