Paddock™ Quality Pumps
As a way to save money, many manufactures directly couple the engine to the pressure pump which results in the pump internals spinning at 3600 rpm. Whilst this can be effective if the pumps are of high enough quality, it generally results in a pump which fails earlier due to the higher forces and heat.
High quality pressure washers use a gear or belt drive reduction between the motor and the pump allowing the pump to operate at a lower speed, running cooler and lasting far longer. The Paddock™ cold water pressure washers run their pumps below 1600 rpm resulting in exceptional operating life even in extreme conditions.
All Paddock™ pressure washers run quality Italian designed pumps that are CNC machined from forged brass with ceramic coated pistons and stainless steel valves. German PARKER packing, quality bearings and zinc alloy con-rod are just some of the reasons these pumps are so reliable. A high level of quality control results in a superior final pump which outperforms imitations.
Genuine Pressures and Flows
Some people obsess with peak operating pressure when it comes to pressure washers however in reality what's important is a good combination of pressure and flow. Paddock™ washers are coupled to a pump which not only produces very high discharge pressures, but it does this with a good flow rate of water. Having high amounts of water at pressure is what ultimately sets commercial pressure washers apart from the light duty domestic units. Rather then confusing users with lots of variants, the most popular units are offered making the decision easy.

Standard Components and Extras
The Paddock™ build quality in these units is exceptional and the extras that come as a standard features are impressive.
Integrated reel ensures your hose is kept in excellent condition and neatly stored when not in use. Each washer comes with 25m of hose however the reels are oversized (capable of holding 30m) meaning they're not operating at their limit. Sometimes it's just nice to have spare reel capacity so the hose easily fits without having to wind it on perfectly.
Non mark hoses as standard - cheap washers can leave behind black scuff marks which is never intended. The Paddock™ range use 10mmm, steel wire braided hoses with a non mark outer coating. These hoses have a 4x over pressure on the burst pressure rating making them extremely long lasting and durable.
Quality Lance Spray Gun assembly - Rated to pressures up to 5,000 psi the standard spray gun on the Paddock™ units is over engineered and industrial quality. Built with brass, stainless steel and reinforced plastics, these guns stand up to the daily abuse they get and are commercial quality as a standard supply.
Range of spray nozzles and upgrades - Each unit comes standard with the common 5 head colour coded nozzle which deliver different stream options from 0 degree cutting through to 40 degree wide washing as well as the black soap tip ideal for pre-blasting chemical applications.
Also included with every washer is a brass turbo head. The turbo heads are great for cleaning mildew off concrete plus many other applications. Turbo heads work by concentrating the flow into a 0 degree nozzle equivalent however the spray actually rotates due to the nozzles internal moving parts which allows a larger area to be contacted. The result is a very powerful jet which contacts a larger area offering exceptional cleaning performance.
The Paddock™ cold water washers come with galvanised steel frames. What good is a quality engine and pump if the steel frame it mounts on corrodes away? The galvanised steel frames match the life of the other components ensuring a robust all round package.
A lifting point is integrated into the frame making loading on to utilities, trailers and high rise building constriction sites a breeze. The four wheel stability of this design is ideal for a range of terrains and environments.

Engines are stored and transported with only enough oil to keep the unit lubricated and additional oil will need to be added before starting. For ease of shipping some assembly is required.
