Description
The AdBlue / DEF DC Electric Transfer Pump Kit provides a complete portable solution for transferring AdBlue, DEF and AUS32 urea solution from drums, tanks and other compatible containers. Available in 12V and 24V DC versions, the kit delivers up to 25 L/min and includes suction hose, delivery hose, manual dispensing nozzle, fittings and power leads.
Ideal for trucks, agricultural equipment, workshops, depots and mobile refuelling setups, the kit can also be combined with a compatible AdBlue flow meter or upgraded with an automatic dispensing nozzle.

Complete AdBlue Transfer Kit
The kit includes the pump, suction and discharge hoses, manual dispensing nozzle, fittings and DC power leads required for a typical transfer installation.
Quick-lock style fittings simplify assembly and provide secure connections without requiring threaded connections at each point in the supplied fluid circuit.
25 L/min Transfer Rate
With a stated flow rate of up to 25 L/min, the pump provides practical dispensing speeds for topping up trucks, agricultural machinery and other diesel-powered equipment fitted with SCR emissions systems.
Actual flow will vary depending on supply voltage, hose arrangement, suction conditions, fluid temperature and restrictions from fittings, meters or dispensing equipment.

Diaphragm Pump Design
The diaphragm pumping system separates the pumped fluid from key mechanical drive components. This makes the design well suited to transferring compatible urea solutions such as AdBlue / DEF.
Fluid compatibility should be confirmed before using the pump with liquids other than those specifically listed for the product.
Manual Dispensing Nozzle Included
A manual cut-off dispensing nozzle is supplied as standard, providing straightforward control when filling AdBlue tanks.
An automatic shut-off AdBlue nozzle can also be fitted where compatible, providing automatic stopping when the receiving tank reaches the nozzle's sensing point.
Optional AdBlue Flow Meter
A compatible Scintex AdBlue / DEF flow meter can be added to the system where measurement of dispensed volume is required.
This can be particularly useful for workshops, fleet operators, agricultural businesses and depots wanting to monitor AdBlue usage.

Duty Cycle
The pump has a stated 30 minute duty cycle. It should not be presented as a continuous-duty pump. Allow appropriate rest periods between extended transfer sessions in accordance with the operating instructions.

Installation & Fluid Handling
AdBlue / DEF should be kept clean and free from contamination. Use clean, compatible hoses, fittings, containers and dispensing equipment dedicated to AdBlue wherever possible.
Ensure the selected pump voltage matches the power supply and that electrical wiring and circuit protection are suitable for the installation.
For other urea solutions or liquid fertiliser applications, confirm chemical compatibility with the pump, diaphragm, seals, hoses, fittings and nozzle before use.
