240V AdBlue Pumps

As AdBlue pump specialists Scintex stock a number of transfer and drum pump solutions that provide a complete solution to AdBlue or DEF transferring. Our 240V AdBlue transfer pump station comes with all hoses and fittings plus a compatible flow meter. Units come mounted to brackets with convenient hooks to attach to IBC's or bulky bins. With an automatic shut-off nozzle these are perfect for workshops, pumping depots, truck depots and farm sheds.

Also in the collection is the 240V AdBlue electric transfer pump which is a single phase DEF, AUS32 & urea pump which comes with fittings and power lead. These pumps can also be used to pump most liquid fertilisers and ensure high performance and reliability.

The last pump in the collection is the AdBlue drum pump with dual power supply (12V clips or 240V mains) this versatile pump is perfect for drums, tanks & IBC's and ideal for trucking, automotive or farming applications.

A 240V AdBlue pump is well suited to fixed or semi-permanent locations with reliable mains power, such as workshops, truck depots, farms and equipment yards. It avoids dependence on a vehicle battery and can be convenient for regular dispensing from drums, tanks, IBCs or bulky bins. A DC pump may be better when mobility or remote operation is the priority.
Inclusions depend on the product, but a transfer station may combine the pump with compatible hose, fittings, a dispensing nozzle, mounting hardware and a flow meter. Some models use an automatic shut-off nozzle for easier vehicle filling. Always check the individual listing so you know whether extra suction fittings, adapters or installation components are required.
Some pumps in this collection may be suitable for compatible liquid fertilisers as well as AdBlue, DEF, AUS32 and urea solutions. Suitability depends on the exact chemical composition, concentration, temperature and pump materials. Confirm compatibility against the specific pump specifications before use, and flush or clean the system as recommended when changing between approved fluids.
Selected transfer stations are supplied with brackets or hooks intended for mounting to an IBC or bulky bin, making the pump, hose and nozzle easier to organise. Confirm the mounting arrangement and container compatibility for the chosen model. The container should be stable, protected from impact and installed so the suction connection remains secure and leak-free.
Operate the pump from a suitable protected mains outlet and follow the product instructions for indoor, outdoor or wet-area use. Keep plugs and connections dry, inspect the lead before operation and do not use damaged electrical equipment. Any permanent wiring or non-standard electrical installation should be completed by a qualified person in accordance with applicable requirements.
