Petrol Pump Kit
Description
12V and 24V pumps designed for use with petrol, gasoline, kerosene, diesel and some other fuels and solvents. Ideal for installation on top of 44 gallon style drums. Perfect for refuelling tractors, trucks, boats and heavy machinery. The kit includes a 4.2m discharge hose, suction lance, drum adaptor fittings and a nozzle.

These pumps feature a heavy duty cast iron pump chamber, making them extremely robust and suitable for use with fuels such as petrol, diesel and kerosene. The rotary vane pump design is ideal for lifting fuel from drums and other storage containers. Available with flow rates of 57 L/min or 75 L/min, these pumps provide fast and efficient fuel transfer.
Scintex pumps are designed for demanding Australian conditions. These pumps are manufactured and assembled under a quality control system complying with ISO 9001:2008. Quality testing includes dimensional, chemical, metallurgical, mechanical, physical and endurance checks.
This kit is simple to install and operate. The pump assembly incorporates a convenient nozzle holder for storage when the nozzle is not in use. Removing the nozzle from the holder activates the pump switch, meaning fuel is ready to flow when the nozzle trigger is operated.
Compatible Fluids
Suitable for transferring a range of compatible fuels and liquids including:
- Petrol
- Diesel
- Kerosene
- Some solvents
- Mineral spirits
Note: These pumps are not certified for use with aviation fuels despite the materials being compatible.
These pumps use Buna-N (nitrile) internal seals which are chemically compatible with methanol. These seals are not compatible with ethanol. An equivalent pump with Viton internal seals is available for applications involving alcohol-blended fuels.
