3 Phase Pumps

After spending $7500 on a solar mono pump that lasted for 6 years with 2 rotor and stator replacements at $1100 a set. I was questioning the viability of submersible pumps in a river that floods. In the end the pump and motor were still ok but the sun buddy controller died and they wanted another $1600 to replace it.
Decided to try this jobby. Admittedly has 10% the flow of the previous pump(250w), but so easy to install, ran perfectly until the pump got buried in sand in another flood, but super easy to replace stator and rotor and get it going again. Very good value for money.

Very big, wide spreader. Comes 3/4 put assembled and Quickish to put together. A little fiddly to get the slide adjusted and working properly as the pop rivets bowed the metal holder for the slide to sit in?
Needs a little shuffling to get through a standard door.!! Will recommend to others.

This was a quick delivery, the fuel pump works and will go well with my 4x4 setup.

Scale Monitor Charger

I use the vehicle mounted fogger for the Council I work for in Outback Queensland and it works great.
I would recommend it to anyone who has a bad mozzie/sandfly problem in the town.
Council carries out fogging when required and the residents are very have with the results.

It's a lightweight plastic unit. Not very robust but does the job for occasional use.

Purchased the 250watt **** type solar pump. Arrived well packaged and quick. I installed pump initially with 380 watts of solar panels and the pump didn't work. After contacting support they suggested I needed more panels so I then installed 500 watts of panels, the pump still didn't work so I contacted support again. This time they sent me a new controller with instructions to fit it myself which involves dismantling the pump and rewiring new controller, once I had completed this the pump worked straight away. Currently I am getting approximately 18 litres a minute at about 20m head so so far ( after a week of running) so good. Support was good but I was a little dissapointed that despite there information saying you only need 380watts of panels I had to put extra panels on before they sent me a new controller. I suspect there may have been problems with the controllers in the past as support quickly came to the conclusion the controller was faulty, also the new one they sent me seemed to be slightly bigger and enclosed in resin so maybe is better quality than the one fitted to the pump originally. Anyway the pump is working now and time will tell how reliable it is. The pump was installed to replace my 8ft meters windmill and it provides a similar volume and flow.

Well it was a prompt delivery, packed well. Appropriate instructions. Good colour. Nice leads and crocodile clips with two different colours.
As this was purchased to build my 4x4 for a trip along the Canning Stock route then Tanimi. Rd to Plenty Hwy onto Donahue Hwy off to Brisbane. There is no feedback on how it operates in the field.
