Description
The Paddock™ Walk Behind Tractor Rotary Plough Attachment is a PTO-driven implement designed for breaking and turning compacted soil, opening new ground and preparing garden beds. Unlike a rotary tiller that works soil into a finer finish, the rotary plough aggressively turns and throws loosened soil to the side as the machine travels.
With a stated effective working depth of 150–300mm, it is a useful attachment for vegetable gardens, orchards, landscaping and general property soil preparation.

Paddock™ Walk Behind Tractor Rotary Plough Attachment
The Paddock Rotary Plough connects to a compatible Paddock Walk Behind Tractor and uses the tractor's PTO drive to break, lift and turn the soil.
It is particularly useful when working new ground or compacted areas where a more aggressive initial soil-working action is required.

Breaking & Turning Compacted Soil
The rotary plough provides a different soil-working action to a conventional rotary tiller.
Rather than repeatedly cultivating the soil into a fine finish, the rotary plough breaks, lifts and throws the soil to the side. This produces a coarser result that is useful for initial ground preparation and turning over existing soil.

150–300mm Effective Working Depth
The rotary plough has a stated effective working depth of approximately 150–300mm.
Actual working depth will vary depending on soil type, compaction, moisture, vegetation, ground conditions, machine setup and operating technique. Multiple passes may be appropriate in harder ground.
Useful for Raised Beds
Because the rotary plough moves loosened soil laterally as it travels, it can be used to help form raised beds, mounds and planting areas.
This makes it particularly useful for vegetable gardens and other applications where soil needs to be loosened and repositioned rather than simply cultivated in place.
Quick-Connect PTO Attachment
The attachment is designed to utilise the quick-connect coupling system on compatible Paddock Walk Behind Tractors, allowing operators to change between suitable implements as required.
Power is supplied mechanically through the tractor's PTO system, so no separate engine or hydraulic power source is required for the attachment.

Compatibility
This rotary plough is designed as an attachment for a compatible Paddock Walk Behind Tractor. The walk behind tractor is sold separately.
Product images may show the rotary plough fitted to the tractor for demonstration purposes.
Important – Gearbox Oil Required Before Use
The gearbox is transported with only enough oil for storage and corrosion protection. Additional gearbox oil must be added to the correct operating level before the attachment is used.
Check the gearbox oil level before initial operation and maintain it as required during normal servicing.
Some assembly is required for transport and shipping purposes.
Operating Considerations
Inspect the work area before use and remove rocks, wire, debris and other objects that could contact or become entangled in the rotating attachment.
Keep people clear of the machine while operating, particularly from the rotating plough and the side where soil and debris are discharged.
Operate at a speed appropriate to the soil and ground conditions and follow the walk behind tractor and attachment operating instructions.
