240V AdBlue / DEF Electric Transfer Pump – 25 L/min
This compact electric transfer pump provides a practical solution for dispensing AdBlue, also known as Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), from compatible storage tanks and containers.
The 300W, 240V motor provides a maximum rated flow of up to 25 L/min, making the pump suitable for workshops, farms, transport depots, machinery fleets and other applications where AdBlue is regularly transferred into vehicles and equipment.

25 L/min AdBlue Transfer
With a maximum rated flow of up to 25 L/min, this pump is suited to transferring AdBlue from compatible bulk storage tanks, drums and other containers into vehicles and machinery.
Actual transfer rate will vary depending on suction conditions, hose length and diameter, fittings, fluid temperature and overall system resistance.
Self-Priming Pump
The self-priming design allows for a suction lift of up to 2m, providing flexibility when configuring the pump with compatible AdBlue storage and dispensing systems.
For best performance, keep suction lines appropriately sized, as short as practical and free from air leaks or unnecessary restrictions.
Internal Bypass
An internal bypass provides protection during brief periods of closed-discharge operation, such as when a dispensing nozzle is temporarily closed during normal refuelling.
The bypass is intended for temporary operation only. The pump should not be left continuously operating against a closed discharge.

Important Pressure Information
The 145 PSI / 10 bar specification is the maximum allowable system/component pressure and is not the discharge pressure produced by the pump. Pump performance and actual operating pressure will depend on the installation and system conditions.
