Digital inline flow meter for measuring AdBlue®, AUS32, DEF, water and compatible water-based urea solutions. With a 10–100 L/min flow range, ±0.5% stated accuracy and both resettable batch and cumulative totalisers, this compact meter is ideal for AdBlue transfer and dispensing systems.
AdBlue / DEF Digital Flow Meter – 10 to 100 L/min
This compact digital flow meter is designed for measuring the transfer and dispensing of AdBlue®, AUS32, Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF), water and compatible water-based solutions.
Featuring 1" BSP female inlet and outlet connections, the meter can be installed inline with a compatible transfer pump or incorporated into a dispensing assembly. The large digital display provides convenient monitoring of individual transfer quantities as well as cumulative fluid usage.

Measure Individual Transfers & Total Usage
The meter provides two useful totalising functions:
- 5-digit resettable batch total – allows the operator to measure an individual dispensing or transfer quantity and reset the display ready for the next transfer.
- 7-digit non-resettable cumulative total – records the accumulated volume measured by the meter over its operating life.
This makes the meter useful for monitoring individual AdBlue fills while also keeping track of overall fluid throughput.

On-Site Calibration
The digital meter can be recalibrated where required, allowing the measurement to be adjusted for the installation and compatible fluids with different characteristics.
Correct calibration is particularly important where accurate batch measurement is required. Installation conditions, fluid properties and operating flow should be considered when calibrating the meter.

Installation
The meter can be plumbed inline as part of a compatible AdBlue or fluid transfer system. Ensure the direction of flow through the meter is correct and that the pipework, hose and fittings do not place excessive mechanical load on the meter body.
For best measurement performance, operate within the stated 10–100 L/min flow range and do not exceed the maximum operating pressure of 5 bar / 72 PSI.
Important Fluid Compatibility Information
Only use the meter with compatible fluids. Do not assume suitability for fuels, solvents, oils or concentrated agricultural chemicals unless compatibility has been specifically confirmed.
When used with fertiliser solutions or other chemicals, check compatibility with all wetted components and flush the meter appropriately after use where required by the fluid manufacturer.
