Description
The Scintex Retractable AdBlue / DEF Hose Reel provides a convenient way to dispense and store hose in workshops, depots, service vehicles and fluid transfer installations. Supplied with 8m of 3/4" EPDM hose, the reel is suitable for AdBlue / DEF, urea solutions, water, compatible coolants and ethanol as specified.
The automatic retracting mechanism keeps excess hose off the ground when not in use, helping reduce kinking, abrasion and the risk of the hose being damaged by vehicles or machinery.
Retractable AdBlue / DEF Hose Reel – 8m
Designed for convenient fluid dispensing, this heavy-duty retractable hose reel combines a powder-coated steel frame with an 8m x 19mm (3/4") EPDM hose.
The reel can be installed on a wall, floor or ceiling and incorporates guide rollers to allow the hose to feed smoothly from different directions.

Keeping the hose stored on the reel helps reduce:
- Hose kinking and tangling
- Abrasion from workshop and yard surfaces
- Trip hazards from loose hose
- Risk of vehicles or machinery running over the hose
- Unnecessary exposure to general workplace damage
Wall, Floor or Ceiling Mounting

Heavy-duty hose guide rollers allow the hose to feed smoothly without requiring the complete reel assembly to swivel.
The reel may be suitable for installations including:
- AdBlue / DEF storage tanks
- Workshops and service areas
- Farm and machinery sheds
- Fluid dispensing stations
- Service vehicles and utilities
- Commercial and industrial transfer systems
3/4" BSP Connections

Installation & Use
Secure the reel to a structure suitable for supporting the reel and the forces generated when the hose is extended and retracted. Ensure the mounting hardware is appropriate for the installation surface.
Before use, confirm the reel, hose, seals, fittings, pump and dispensing equipment are compatible with the fluid being transferred and remain within the stated pressure limits.
