High Pressure Inline Water Filter – 4,500 PSI, 100 Micron
Description
Protect pressure washer nozzles and downstream components from rust, scale and other debris with this high-pressure inline water filter. Rated to 4,500 PSI, the filter incorporates a reusable 100 micron stainless steel screen and 1/4" quick-connect fittings for convenient inline installation.
Ideal for pressure washing systems where water quality is variable and particularly useful downstream of hot water pressure washer heating coils where rust or scale may become dislodged.
4,500 PSI Inline High Pressure Water Filter – 100 Micron
Debris travelling through a high-pressure water system can contribute to wear or blockage of small-orifice and rotary nozzles. Installing an inline filter upstream of the nozzle helps capture larger particles before they reach these components.
Key Features
- Maximum pressure rating of 4,500 PSI
- 100 micron filtration
- Reusable and washable stainless steel screen
- Brass filter body
- Maximum water temperature of 90°C
- 1/4" quick-connect inlet and outlet
- Screen can be removed for inspection and cleaning
- Suitable for cold and compatible hot water pressure washer systems
Hot Water Pressure Washer Applications
Hot water pressure washer heating coils can develop rust, scale and other deposits over time. If this material becomes dislodged, it can travel downstream towards the pressure washer nozzle.
Installing the filter downstream of the heating coil and upstream of the nozzle helps capture this debris and reduce the likelihood of nozzle blockage.

Maintenance
Periodically inspect and clean the stainless steel screen, particularly when operating from water sources containing visible sediment or when a reduction in water flow is noticed.
Note: Confirm the pressure, temperature and connection requirements of your pressure washer system before installation. Do not exceed the filter's maximum pressure or temperature ratings.
