Description
Heavy-duty 12V and 24V macerator pump designed for transferring sewage, wastewater and other compatible waste fluids. Combining a cutting blade with a flexible impeller, the pump macerates waste before discharge and delivers a maximum rated flow of up to 45 L/min.
12V & 24V Septic Sewage Macerator Pump
This electric macerator pump provides a compact solution for waste transfer in caravans, RVs, boats and off-grid sanitation systems. The integrated cutting blade breaks down suitable waste before it passes through the pump, helping it discharge through a compact 25mm outlet hose.
Available in 12V and 24V versions, the pump is self-priming at low lift and provides up to 45 L/min maximum rated flow with a maximum discharge head of 9m.

Waste Macerating System
The pump incorporates a cutting blade at the inlet to macerate suitable sewage and waste material before it passes through the flexible impeller. This helps reduce solids into smaller particles for transfer through the 25mm discharge hose.
The pump is suitable for applications such as RV and caravan holding tanks, marine waste systems and other compatible sanitation and wastewater transfer installations.
Self-Priming Operation
The pump is self-priming at low suction lifts, with approximately 0.3m suction lift considered suitable for normal installation. Keeping the pump close to the waste source and minimising suction restrictions will assist priming and overall performance.
Actual flow will vary depending on suction lift, discharge head, hose configuration, fluid characteristics and system resistance.
Manual Jam Clearing
A manual access point allows the motor and impeller assembly to be turned using a screwdriver if the pump becomes jammed. This can assist with freeing the mechanism without immediately dismantling the complete pump.
Always isolate the electrical supply before attempting to clear a blockage or manually rotate the pump.
Standard Inlet & Outlet Connections
The standard pump configuration features a 1-1/2" MNPT inlet with a 38mm hose connection and a 25mm hose-barb discharge connection.
Flush Port / RV Connection Model
A flush-port model is also available for RV and caravan waste-transfer applications. This version is designed to connect to common 3" four-prong RV waste tank outlets, including compatible Valterra-style connections.
The integrated flush connection allows a garden hose to be connected to assist with flushing the pump and waste system. The pump can be flushed in either direction as appropriate for cleaning and blockage removal.
This model also incorporates a large manual grip at the rear of the pump, allowing the impeller assembly to be manually rotated when clearing a blockage.

Operating Considerations
The pump should not be deliberately operated dry. Ensure suitable fluid is available at the pump inlet during operation and avoid unnecessary extended dry running.
Thermal motor protection provides additional protection against overheating; however, correct installation, appropriate electrical supply and normal operating practices remain important for reliable operation.
The pump is intended for compatible sewage and wastewater transfer applications. Avoid introducing materials that cannot be effectively macerated, such as hard objects, stones, metal, heavy fibrous materials or other foreign debris.
