Description
The Paddock™ Concrete Floor Grinder, Vacuum & Dust Separator Bundle combines three complementary pieces of equipment for concrete floor preparation and grinding work. The package includes the Paddock PCFG250 250mm Concrete Floor Grinder, PIV70 Industrial Wet & Dry Vacuum and PIVSP90 Industrial Cyclone Dust Separator.
Designed to work together as a complete floor preparation setup, the grinder performs the surface work while the vacuum and cyclone separator assist with collecting dust and debris generated during suitable dry grinding applications.

Paddock™ PIV70 Industrial Wet & Dry Vacuum
The PIV70 provides industrial wet and dry vacuum capability and is supplied with twin 1200W motors. When used for suitable dry grinding applications, it can be connected to the grinder and dust separator to assist with collecting airborne and surface debris at the source.

Paddock™ PIVSP90 Industrial Cyclone Dust Separator
The PIVSP90 cyclone separator is positioned between compatible dust-producing equipment and the vacuum. It separates a portion of the collected material before it reaches the vacuum, reducing the amount of debris reaching the vacuum filter and collection system.

Complete Concrete Floor Preparation Setup
Using the cyclone separator ahead of the vacuum provides an additional collection stage. Larger quantities of grinding debris can be collected in the separator before reaching the vacuum, helping reduce loading on the vacuum's collection and filtration system.
The three components can be used together for suitable concrete grinding applications, while the vacuum and separator can also be used independently where appropriate.
