Concrete Grinder & Polishing

Scintex carry the range of quality Paddock Machinery concrete grinders, polishers and scarifiers. The range includes the standard concrete floor grinder and polisher in 2 options - the 250mm and 480mm. These units are 220-240V, single phase with 3hp and the 480mm unit has a floating planetary head.

We also stock concrete grinding diamond discs, wheels and cups including 175mm and 250mm options. 

As part of the range we also stock dust suppression water tanks and industrial wet dry vacuums. Everything needed to polish concrete floors and surfaces.

Grinding and polishing produces smooth, durable concrete floors for residential, commercial and industrial applications.
Select tooling based on concrete hardness, coating removal needs and the desired finish.
Yes. With suitable tooling they can remove paint, epoxy, adhesives and surface imperfections.
Dust extraction improves visibility, reduces airborne silica and keeps the work area cleaner.
Different polishing stages can produce anything from a matte finish to a high-gloss decorative surface.

High Flow Gear Oil Pump
Great pump . Indestructible

Highly recommended .We have a few of these as we are a oil manufacturer . These pumps are very good and reliable. I have had nuts , bolts and rocks go through them and they keep on working as the viens and gears are all steel . No plastic that can shatter .Only had to replace a mechanical seal on them once which I was able to get from Scintex . Takes about 7 minutes to transfer 200 liters of gear oil through a 25 mm hose .
