Description
The Paddock™ Clean Water Transfer & Irrigation Pumps are Japanese-manufactured petrol-powered pumps designed for high-volume water transfer, irrigation and general-purpose pumping applications.
Available in 2" and 4" models, these pumps combine heavy-duty cast iron pump components with genuine Honda GX commercial-series petrol engines. Depending on the model, maximum flow rates range from 400L/min to 1,800L/min.

Designed and manufactured in Japan, these Paddock pumps are suited to clean-water transfer applications where reliable flow and portability are required.
Typical applications include irrigation, stock water transfer, tank filling, general water transfer and flood water management where the water contains only small solids within the pump's specified capacity.

Clean Water Transfer & Irrigation
These centrifugal pumps are designed primarily for clean-water applications and offer efficient high-volume transfer without the larger solids-handling clearances associated with semi-trash and full-trash pumps.
The SPWP5050HX 2" model handles solids up to 6mm and provides a maximum flow of 400L/min with up to 50m total head, making it well suited to applications requiring greater discharge pressure.
The larger SPWP100HX 4" model handles solids up to 7mm and provides a maximum flow of 1,800L/min with up to 28m total head, making it suited to high-volume water transfer applications.
Note: Maximum flow and maximum head are separate operating points and should not be expected simultaneously. Actual pump performance will depend on suction conditions, discharge head, hose diameter, hose length and system losses.
Heavy-Duty Pump Construction
The pump assembly incorporates an FC150 cast iron impeller and FC150 cast iron volute for durability in general water-transfer applications.
A carbon-ceramic mechanical seal is used between the pump and engine, while the complete unit is mounted within a protective steel roll-over frame.
Honda GX Commercial-Series Engines
Both models are powered by genuine Honda GX 4-stroke petrol engines.
The 2" SPWP5050HX uses a Honda GX160, while the larger 4" SPWP100HX is powered by a Honda GX240. Both engines run on unleaded petrol and are matched to the requirements of their respective pump assemblies.

Choosing Between the 2" & 4" Models
SPWP5050HX – 2": Suited to applications where a combination of portability and higher discharge head is required. Maximum flow is 400L/min with up to 50m total head.
SPWP100HX – 4": Designed for substantially higher-volume transfer applications, delivering up to 1,800L/min with a maximum total head of 28m.
Important Operating Information
These pumps are intended for clean water and water containing only small solids within the stated 6mm or 7mm capacity. For water containing larger debris, mud or suspended solids, select an appropriately sized semi-trash or trash pump.
Always use an appropriate suction strainer and ensure the pump is correctly primed before starting. Do not operate the pump dry. Actual flow and pressure will vary according to the installation and operating conditions.
