Description
The Scintex Heavy Duty Oil Hose Reel is a spring-retractable 15m hose reel designed for workshops, service vehicles and industrial maintenance applications. Supplied with 15m of 1/2" hose and rated to 160 bar / 2320 PSI, it provides a practical way to keep lubricant dispensing hose organised and protected when not in use.
Heavy-duty steel construction, adjustable spring retraction and roller hose guides make the reel suitable for wall, floor or ceiling mounting in professional workshop environments.
Heavy Duty 15m Retractable Oil Hose Reel

Spring Retractable Hose Reel
The spring-driven retraction system allows the hose to be pulled out as required and returned neatly to the reel after use.
Spring tension can be adjusted to provide an appropriate retraction force for the installation, helping make the reel convenient for regular workshop use.
15m × 1/2" Hose
The reel is supplied with 15m of 1/2" hose, providing useful reach around vehicles, machinery and workshop service areas without requiring loose hose to remain on the floor.
The supplied hose uses an oil-resistant synthetic rubber inner tube with wire reinforcement and a protective synthetic rubber outer cover.
160 Bar / 2320 PSI Pressure Rating
The hose reel has a stated maximum pressure rating of 160 bar / 2320 PSI, making it suitable for compatible pressurised lubricant dispensing systems operating within this limit.
All pumps, meters, dispensing guns, fittings and other components connected to the reel must also be suitable for the operating pressure and transferred fluid.
Heavy Duty Steel Construction
The reel incorporates a heavy-gauge steel frame with reinforcing ribs and a reinforced drum. A powder-coated finish provides additional protection for workshop and industrial environments.
At approximately 28kg, the reel should be securely mounted to a structure capable of supporting both the reel and the loads generated as the hose is extended and retracted.
Multi-Directional Roller Guide
A heavy-duty roller guide supports the hose as it enters and leaves the reel, allowing it to be pulled at different angles while reducing direct rubbing against the reel frame.
