Description

The GESPASA AG-100 Diesel Transfer Pump is a heavy-duty 240V rotary vane pump designed for fast diesel transfer in commercial, agricultural and industrial applications. With a free-flow capacity of up to 100 L/min, continuous-duty motor and integrated bypass valve, it is well suited to refuelling machinery, trucks, boats and bulk diesel storage systems.

The AG-100 replaces the superseded GESPASA AG-88 model and is fully supported by Scintex Australia with access to parts and spares.

The GESPASA AG-100 is a single-phase 240V diesel transfer pump designed for higher-volume refuelling and bulk transfer applications.

A 1kW continuous-duty motor drives the rotary vane pump, providing strong self-priming capability and useful discharge pressure while maintaining flow rates of up to approximately 100 L/min under free-flow conditions.

Up to 100 L/min Diesel Transfer

The AG-100 is capable of approximately 100 L/min under free-flow conditions, making it suitable for applications where faster diesel transfer is required.

Actual flow will depend on the installation, including suction lift, discharge head, hose size and length, fittings, filters and other system restrictions.

As discharge head increases, available flow decreases, so pump selection should be based on the complete transfer system rather than the maximum free-flow figure alone.

Continuous-Duty 1kW Motor

The pump is fitted with a 1kW, 230V AC single-phase motor operating at approximately 1500 RPM.

The motor is self-ventilated, thermally protected and rated for S1 continuous duty, making the pump suitable for repeated and extended diesel transfer applications when operated within its specified limits.

Rotary Vane Pump Design

The AG-100 uses a rotary vane pumping mechanism, providing good self-priming capability together with useful suction and discharge performance.

The pump has a stated suction lift of approximately 2.7m and maximum discharge head of approximately 30m.

This makes it suitable for applications including above-ground and selected below-ground diesel storage arrangements, provided the suction system is correctly designed and remains within the pump's limits.

Internal Bypass Valve

The pump includes an internal recirculation bypass valve, allowing diesel to circulate internally for brief periods when the discharge is temporarily closed.

This is useful in refuelling systems fitted with an automatic nozzle, where flow may stop before the operator returns to the pump switch.

Do not operate the pump on bypass for extended periods. Prolonged recirculation can increase pump and fuel temperature and may damage seals or other components.

Important Fluid Compatibility

The GESPASA AG-100 is intended for diesel transfer. Do not use the pump with petrol / gasoline or other fluids unless specifically approved for that service by the manufacturer.

For best performance, use appropriately sized suction and discharge plumbing and keep the suction line as short and unrestricted as practical.
