Paddock, a brand you can trust, has developed this high quality PTO driven flail mower with hydraulic open / close grass catcher which allows you to control the implement from the tractor's cab. A clean cut is produced but not perfect like a finishing mower, it will also act as a mulcher. Capable of cutting thick grass and handling sticks and debris. A very safe and strong design!

PTO Mower Applications
A handy tractor implement suitable for use on acreages, farms and many other industries. Great for cleaning up around sheds, the side of roads, large back yards, removing small branches and debris after storms, light vine mulching, pasture topping as well as foliage and undergrowth maintenance. The incorporated hydraulic operated catcher means the majority of grass is collected and can be emptied without getting out of the tractor seat. Suitable for use with Cat I tractors, the mower uses the standard 3 point linkage and PTO spline. Maintenance is minimal with greasing points where required. The cut height can be adjusted via the rear roller.
Mower & Catcher Construction
Designed to last in Australian conditions, it's heavy duty construction, ease of use, low maintenance and reliability will quickly make this your favourite tractor implement in the shed. The mower includes the PTO shaft, safety covers, dust boots as well as hydraulic couplings. The blades are hardened steel hammer cutting blades which are sure to give long life. If required the blades are easily replaced. Safety was also a crucial design feature and the mower has a high level of enclosure with few pinch points. The only forward facing section has a protective rock / dust flap to prevent stone throw. CE compliant and made to meet Australian Standards.
Mower Linkage
Standard three point linkage (3PL) for Category 1 (Cat I) tractors. The gearbox is rated to 40HP and the mower is suitable for use with tractors 20 - 40 HP. For optimal operation a PTO speed of 540 RPM is required.
