Paddock Tractor PTO Water Pumps
Turn your tractor into a powerful, mobile water pumping system. Paddock PTO pumps connect to the tractor's three point linkage and use the tractor PTO for power, eliminating the need to maintain a separate petrol or diesel pump engine.

Choose the Right PTO Pump
The range is divided into two main configurations:
Transfer Series: Best suited to moving large volumes of water quickly. Ideal for transferring water between dams, tanks and creeks, flood water removal and general agricultural water transfer.
High Pressure Series: Designed for applications requiring greater discharge pressure, such as moving water over longer distances, spray irrigation and firefighting applications.
PTO Pump Applications
For farmers and property owners with a suitable tractor, a PTO pump provides a simple and practical alternative to maintaining a dedicated engine-driven water pump. Attach the pump to the tractor, connect the PTO shaft and hoses, prime the pump and you're ready to move water.
Typical applications include:

Transfer Series
The SPTOWP3, SPTOWP4, SPTOWP6 and SPTOWP6BLT models are configured primarily for bulk water movement.
These pumps prioritise flow rate, with capacities from 60m³/hr through to 248m³/hr. They are well suited to transferring large quantities of water between dams, tanks, creeks and other suitable water sources.
The heavy duty pump construction, including cast steel impellers and diffusers, makes these pumps robust and suitable for handling dirty and brackish water, making them particularly useful for demanding agricultural, irrigation and emergency water transfer applications.
Maximum discharge heads range from 15m to 32m depending on model.
High Pressure Series
The high pressure PTO pump range is designed for applications where greater discharge pressure is required.
Available in 2", 3" and 4" configurations, these pumps can achieve discharge heads up to 82m and pressures up to approximately 820 kPa / 119 psi, depending on the model.
This makes the high pressure series particularly useful for moving water over longer distances, supplying spray irrigation systems and providing a mobile water source for firefighting applications.
Heavy Duty PTO Driven Design
Most models use a heavy duty speed multiplier gearbox to increase the tractor's 540 RPM PTO speed to the optimum pump operating speed of approximately 3,600 RPM.
The SPTOWP6BLT differs from the other models and uses a belt drive system designed for a 1,000 RPM PTO input.
The pump and drive assembly are mounted to a heavy steel frame for durability and easy transport. Pumps feature mechanical shaft seals and heavy duty internal components designed for demanding agricultural applications.
Each unit is supplied with the three point linkage arms, linkage pins and PTO shaft. The PTO shaft incorporates a slip yoke to accommodate variations between tractor installations.
Tractor Compatibility
The 540 RPM models are configured for standard Category I three point linkage. Depending on the pump selected, they are suitable for tractors from approximately 12 hp through to 125 hp.
The SPTOWP6BLT is designed for tractors with a 1,000 RPM PTO and Cat I/II three point linkage.

Important Setup Information
Gearbox oil: Gearbox-driven models require the addition of SAE90 gearbox oil before operation.
Assembly: Minor assembly is required before use due to the size of the units during storage and transport.
PTO shaft: The supplied PTO shaft may require shortening to suit your tractor. Instructions are included and the shaft can be shortened using a suitable cutting tool.
Pump selection: Confirm your tractor's PTO speed, horsepower and three point linkage category before selecting a model. Pump performance figures shown are maximum rated figures and actual flow and pressure will depend on operating conditions, suction lift, hose configuration and PTO speed.
