Description
Add rear ballast to compatible Paddock loaders with these genuine Paddock™ Loader Counterweights. Designed to bolt securely to the rear of the machine, the counterweights improve machine balance and stability when operating with loads or front-mounted attachments.
Available in versions to suit Paddock petrol and diesel loaders, each machine can accept up to 4 counterweights. With 4 counterweights fitted, the loader lifting capacity increases from approximately 400kg to 600kg.
Counterweights are sold individually.
Paddock™ Loader Counterweights
These bolt-on counterweights are designed to provide additional rear ballast for compatible Paddock loaders.
Adding ballast to the rear of the machine helps counterbalance loads and attachments carried at the front, improving overall machine balance and stability. When 4 counterweights are fitted, the loader lifting capacity increases from approximately 400kg to 600kg.

Rear Ballast for Loader Operation
Front-mounted attachments and carried loads shift weight towards the front of a loader. Installing suitable rear counterweights helps offset this load by providing additional ballast at the rear of the machine.
The counterweights bolt directly to the loader and feature a bolt-through mounting arrangement designed to hold the weights securely in position.
Increase Loader Lifting Capacity
In addition to improving machine balance, fitting the full set of 4 Paddock counterweights increases the loader's lifting capacity from approximately 400kg to 600kg.
This makes the counterweights a useful upgrade for operators regularly using buckets, pallet forks and other front-mounted loader attachments where additional lifting capacity and rear ballast are required.
Up to 4 Counterweights Per Loader
Compatible Paddock loaders can accept up to 4 counterweights. The weights are sold individually, allowing the amount of rear ballast to be configured for the machine and application.
Counterweights are recommended to be fitted in even quantities, with common configurations being 2 or 4 counterweights.

Compatibility & Safe Operation
Select the correct counterweight version for your specific Paddock loader model. Petrol and diesel loader counterweights have different stated weights and may differ in fitment.
The stated lifting capacity increase to approximately 600kg applies with 4 counterweights correctly fitted. Always ensure the correct counterweights are installed securely and operate the loader in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions.
Load stability is affected by the attachment being used, load position, operating surface, terrain and other conditions. Keep loads as low as practical when travelling and use additional caution when operating on uneven or sloping ground.
