Poly Dump Cart Spare Parts

Check the cart model, rated capacity, wheel and axle dimensions, hitch style and the shape of the original component. Use the product manual or parts diagram where available, because visually similar carts may use different axle lengths, bearings, wheel hubs and tipping-latch components. Measure the original part before ordering when model information is unclear.
Tyres, tubes, wheel bearings or bushes, axle hardware, hitch pins, tipping latches and fasteners are common service items. Damage can also occur to the tub mounting points or frame when the cart is overloaded or driven quickly over rough ground. Inspect the complete cart after any impact, rollover or unusually heavy load.
Match the tyre diameter and width, hub length, bore size, bearing type, axle diameter and load rating. Pneumatic and solid tyres can behave differently on soft or uneven ground, so ensure the replacement suits the intended use. Both wheels should have compatible dimensions to keep the cart level and stable while towing.
Many bolt-on components can be replaced with standard hand tools if the cart is unloaded, securely supported and disconnected from the tow vehicle. Confirm washers, spacers, retaining clips and fasteners return to their original positions. After assembly, check wheel rotation, hitch security and positive latch engagement before carrying a load.
Stay within the cart’s rated load, distribute material evenly and travel slowly on slopes or rough terrain. Avoid sharp turns and impacts while loaded, maintain tyre pressure where applicable and keep the axle and moving latch points clean and lubricated as specified. Tighten loose hardware early and store the cart protected from prolonged weather exposure.
