Power Sprayer Spares

Use the exact sprayer model, pump model and any serial or revision details. Compare connection sizes, voltage, pressure rating, seal material, hose diameter and mounting points with the original component or parts diagram. Pumps, pressure switches, regulators and wiring looms can look similar but operate at different pressures or electrical ratings.
Nozzles, filters, pump diaphragms, valves, seals, pressure switches, hoses, trigger valves and electrical connectors are common service items. Chemical residue, abrasive particles, running the pump dry and leaving liquid in the system during storage can accelerate wear. Inspect the sprayer when pressure, flow or spray pattern changes.
Possible causes include a blocked suction filter, air leak, restricted hose, worn nozzle, low battery voltage, faulty pressure switch, damaged diaphragm or valves, or an incorrectly adjusted regulator. Check fluid level and simple restrictions first. Persistent pulsing or leakage may indicate that the pump requires a compatible service kit or replacement.
Match nozzle type and flow to the required spray pattern and the pump’s pressure range. Hoses, clamps and fittings must be rated for the working pressure and chemical being applied. Seal material is especially important because some herbicides, solvents and fertilisers can swell or degrade incompatible rubber compounds.
After use, dispose of remaining chemical in accordance with the product label, then flush the tank, pump, hose and nozzle with the recommended cleaning solution. Do not mix incompatible residues. Clean filters, relieve pressure, disconnect or charge the battery as specified and store the sprayer dry, protected from frost, heat and direct sunlight.

High Flow Gear Oil Pump
Great pump . Indestructible

Highly recommended .We have a few of these as we are a oil manufacturer . These pumps are very good and reliable. I have had nuts , bolts and rocks go through them and they keep on working as the viens and gears are all steel . No plastic that can shatter .Only had to replace a mechanical seal on them once which I was able to get from Scintex . Takes about 7 minutes to transfer 200 liters of gear oil through a 25 mm hose .
