Analogue Fuel Flow Meters
Description
Heavy-duty analogue fuel flow meters for measuring and monitoring fuel during transfer and refuelling operations. Available in two models with maximum flow rates of 70 L/min and 150 L/min, these mechanical meters are ideal for fuel transfer pumps, farm tanks, workshops, fuel depots and mobile refuelling systems.
Featuring an easy-to-read analogue display, resettable batch total and non-resettable grand totaliser, these meters provide a simple way to monitor fuel dispensing without requiring an external electrical power supply.
Analogue Fuel Flow Meters β 70 & 150 L/min
These robust mechanical fuel flow meters are designed for measuring the volume of fuel and other compatible liquids during transfer. Their simple analogue operation makes them particularly useful for fixed and mobile refuelling systems where reliable volume measurement is required.
Suitable fluids include diesel, biodiesel, unleaded petrol, kerosene, mineral spirits and selected compatible solvents. The meters feature an aluminium metering chamber and standard 1" BSP female connections for straightforward integration into compatible fuel transfer systems.
Analogue Fuel Meter Features
- Two models with maximum flow rates of 70 L/min and 150 L/min
- Mechanical analogue operation
- Β±1% stated measurement accuracy
- 4-digit resettable batch total
- 8-digit non-resettable grand totaliser
- Quick manual reset knob
- Large, high-visibility display
- 1" BSP female inlet and outlet connections
- Maximum operating pressure of 3 bar / 43.5 PSI
- Aluminium metering chamber
- Rotatable front gauge panel provides flexible installation options
- Suitable for a range of compatible fuels and liquids
Resettable & Grand Total Fuel Measurement
The meter provides two useful volume readings. The 4-digit resettable total allows the operator to measure individual dispensing or transfer quantities and can quickly be returned to zero using the manual reset knob.
An additional 8-digit grand totaliser records the cumulative volume passing through the meter, making it useful for monitoring overall fuel usage over time.
Flexible Installation
The front gauge panel can be rotated to accommodate different installation arrangements. This allows the inlet and outlet connections to be configured to better suit horizontal or vertical plumbing layouts while maintaining a convenient viewing position for the display.
The standard 1" BSP female inlet and outlet connections make integration into many common fuel transfer systems straightforward. Scintex can also supply compatible fittings and fuel hose for complete installations.
Fuel Transfer Applications
These analogue meters are suitable for a wide range of fuel dispensing and liquid transfer applications including:
- Farm diesel tanks
- Fuel transfer pumps
- Workshop refuelling systems
- Fuel depots
- Mobile refuelling vehicles
- Machinery and equipment refuelling
- Diesel storage and dispensing systems
- Industrial liquid transfer applications
