Description
The GESPASA MGE-110 Electronic Gear Flow Meter provides accurate measurement and totalisation of diesel and lubricant flow. With a clear digital LCD display, long-life battery and robust aluminium construction, it is well suited to fuel transfer systems, workshops, service vehicles and industrial applications.
Designed and manufactured in Europe by GESPASA, the MGE-110 measures diesel flows up to 110L/min and lubricant flows up to 80L/min, with a stated accuracy of ±0.5%.

Digital Flow Measurement
The electronic display provides two useful readings:
- Delivery Display: Shows the volume of fluid supplied during the current transfer.
- Totaliser: Records accumulated flow up to a displayed maximum of 99,999 litres.
The integrated button battery provides up to 4 years of stated battery life and includes a low-battery warning, allowing the meter to operate without an external electrical supply.

Installation & Fluid Compatibility
Before installation, ensure the meter's flow range, pressure rating, temperature range and fluid compatibility are suitable for the intended system. Install using compatible 1" BSP fittings and in accordance with the required direction of flow.
For lubricant applications, fluid viscosity must remain within the stated 2–2000cSt range.
