Description
The Automatic AdBlue / DEF Dispensing Nozzle provides convenient, controlled dispensing of AdBlue, AUS32 and compatible Diesel Exhaust Fluid (DEF) solutions. Featuring automatic shut-off, a 316 stainless steel and plastic construction, and flow rates up to 80 L/min, it is ideal for pumped AdBlue transfer and refuelling systems.
Supplied with a 3/4" BSP hose tail adaptor and featuring a 13/16" dispensing spout, the nozzle can also be combined with a compatible AdBlue flow meter for measuring dispensed volume.
Automatic AdBlue, AUS32 & DEF Dispensing Nozzle
Designed specifically for dispensing AdBlue, AUS32 and compatible DEF solutions, this automatic nozzle provides a simple way to control fluid transfer while helping prevent overfilling of the receiving tank.
When the fluid level reaches the nozzle's automatic shut-off sensing point, the nozzle stops dispensing. This makes it well suited to workshop, agricultural, transport, fleet and equipment refilling applications.

Automatic Shut-Off
The nozzle incorporates an automatic shut-off mechanism designed to stop fluid flow when the receiving tank reaches the nozzle's sensing point.
This provides more convenient filling compared with a manual nozzle and helps reduce the risk of overfilling. The operator should remain with the nozzle and monitor the transfer throughout the filling process.
AdBlue & DEF Compatible Construction
AdBlue and DEF require compatible dispensing equipment to maintain fluid quality and avoid material compatibility issues. This nozzle uses 316 stainless steel and compatible plastic components for use with urea-based Diesel Exhaust Fluid solutions.
Keep the nozzle and associated transfer equipment clean and dedicated to compatible fluids to help prevent contamination of the AdBlue or DEF.
Up to 80 L/min Flow
The nozzle supports flow rates of up to 80 L/min, making it suitable for a range of pumped AdBlue transfer systems.
Actual dispensing flow will depend on the pump, hose length and diameter, fittings, system pressure and installation configuration.
Connection & Flow Meter Options
The nozzle features a 1" male fixed threaded inlet and is supplied with an adaptor providing a 3/4" BSP hose tail connection.
A compatible digital AdBlue / DEF flow meter can also be incorporated into the dispensing system where measurement of transferred fluid is required.

Important – Pumped Systems Only
This automatic nozzle is not suitable for gravity-fed dispensing systems. Automatic shut-off nozzles require sufficient fluid flow and pressure for the shut-off mechanism to operate reliably and should be used with a suitable pumped AdBlue / DEF transfer system.
