Automatic Fuel Nozzle with Digital Flow Meter
Description
The Automatic Fuel Nozzle with Digital Flow Meter combines fuel dispensing, automatic shut-off and flow measurement in one convenient unit. Ideal for refuelling tractors, machinery, vehicles, boats and equipment, the integrated digital meter lets you see how much fuel has been dispensed while the automatic nozzle helps prevent tank overfilling.
Suitable for diesel, biodiesel and kerosene, this is a practical upgrade for farm fuel systems, workshops, mobile refuelling setups and diesel transfer pumps.

Meter Your Fuel as You Dispense
The integrated digital flow meter makes it easy to monitor how much fuel is being transferred directly at the dispensing nozzle.
This is particularly useful when refuelling machinery and vehicles where you want to know the quantity delivered without installing a separate inline flow meter.
The display provides both a resettable 5-digit present total and a 7-digit non-resettable accumulated total.
Selectable measurement units include:
- Litres
- Gallons
- Pints
- Quarts
Automatic Shut-Off Nozzle
The nozzle incorporates an automatic shut-off function designed to stop fuel flow when the receiving tank fills and back pressure is detected.
This provides the convenience expected from a conventional service station style fuel nozzle and helps reduce the risk of accidental overfilling.
The operator should always remain with the nozzle and supervise the complete refuelling process.
Ideal for Diesel Refuelling
The nozzle is suitable for a wide range of diesel dispensing applications including:
- Tractors and agricultural machinery
- Earthmoving equipment
- Generators
- Trucks and commercial vehicles
- Boats and marine equipment
- Farm fuel tanks
- Workshop fuel systems
- Industrial equipment
- Mobile diesel transfer systems
- Fuel and trucking depots
Flow Rates up to 60 L/min
The nozzle and integrated meter are rated for flow rates up to 60 L/min.
Actual dispensing flow will depend on the pump and complete fuel system, including hose diameter, hose length, filters, suction lift and other restrictions.
The nozzle has a maximum operating pressure of 50 PSI / 3.5 Bar.
Fuel Compatibility
The nozzle is specified for use with:
- Diesel
- Biodiesel
- Kerosene
For other fuels or liquids, compatibility should be confirmed before use.

Optional Fuel Hose Swivel
An aluminium swivel fitting is available as an optional extra and can be selected when ordering.
Installing a swivel between the hose and nozzle allows the nozzle to rotate more freely in relation to the fuel hose. This can help:
- Reduce hose twisting
- Reduce kinking
- Reduce binding while refuelling
- Make the nozzle easier to position
The swivel incorporates a quality Viton O-ring to provide sealing while allowing smooth rotation.
Will This Nozzle Work with Gravity Feed?
This nozzle may not operate as intended on gravity-fed fuel systems.
The automatic shut-off mechanism and integrated flow meter require suitable fuel flow and pressure. For best performance, the nozzle should be used with an appropriately sized fuel transfer pump.
Choosing a Pump for This Nozzle
When pairing the nozzle with a fuel transfer pump, ensure the pump and system are suitable for the nozzle's 0-60 L/min flow range and maximum operating pressure of 3.5 Bar / 50 PSI.
Remember that the nozzle, flow meter, hose and fittings all introduce some restriction. Actual flow at the nozzle may therefore be lower than the pump's advertised free-flow rating.
Important Operating Notes
Always supervise refuelling: Automatic shut-off is an aid to safe dispensing and should not be relied upon as a substitute for operator supervision.
Gravity feed: Performance cannot be guaranteed when used without a suitable transfer pump.
Fuel compatibility: The nozzle is specified for diesel, biodiesel and kerosene. Confirm compatibility before using other liquids.
Flow meter accuracy: Correct installation and suitable operating flow are important for achieving reliable meter readings.
