These 240V submersible water pumps are manufactured using quality components for reliable operation and a long service life. The pump features a stainless steel shaft and silicon carbide mechanical seal, providing a durable solution for fresh water pumping and limited use with saline water.
A key feature is the integrated float switch. Unlike conventional submersible pumps with a float attached to a cable, this design keeps the switching mechanism close to the pump body. This makes the pump particularly well suited to narrow pits and sumps where a conventional float may become caught against the pit wall and prevent the pump from switching on or off correctly.
The automatic float switch activates the pump as the water level rises and switches it off again as the level falls, making the pump suitable for unattended drainage and dewatering applications.
