The Paddock™ AdBlue Ute Tank range provides a convenient mobile storage and dispensing solution for AdBlue, DEF and compatible urea solutions. Available in 100L and 200L capacities, these heavy-duty polyethylene tanks are ideal for service vehicles, trucking operators, farms, workshops and remote-area applications.

Each tank is supplied with a 12V self-priming AdBlue-compatible diaphragm pump, 4m discharge hose and automatic shut-off nozzle, creating a complete portable transfer system ready to mount in a ute, trailer or service vehicle.

Complete Mobile AdBlue Transfer System

Each tank is supplied as a complete AdBlue transfer package. The pump and dispensing components are neatly housed beneath a lockable folding cover, helping protect them during transport and storage.

The 12V pump draws fluid through a top-entry suction line and delivers it through the supplied 4m hose and automatic nozzle.

Connect the supplied power leads to a suitable 12V battery and the system is ready for dispensing AdBlue into compatible vehicles and equipment.

AdBlue-Compatible Diaphragm Pump

The integrated 12V diaphragm pump is designed for AdBlue and compatible urea solutions.

The diaphragm pump design keeps the pumped liquid separated from key electrical and mechanical components, helping protect the pump from corrosion and contamination.

The pump provides flow rates up to approximately 23 L/min and has a 30-minute duty cycle, providing ample operating time for dispensing from either the 100L or 200L tank.

Automatic Shut-Off Nozzle

An automatic shut-off nozzle is supplied as standard, making vehicle and machinery filling more convenient.

When the receiving tank reaches the shut-off point, the nozzle automatically stops the flow to help reduce the risk of overfilling.

Integrated Pump Bypass

The pump incorporates an internal bypass system which allows it to operate briefly when the dispensing nozzle is closed.

This helps protect the pump while the operator moves between the nozzle and pump controls.

Extended operation against a closed nozzle should still be avoided.

Heavy-Duty Rotomoulded Polyethylene Tank

The tank is manufactured using a rotomoulding process that creates a durable, seamless polyethylene body without conventional welded joints.

UV-stabilised materials are used to improve resistance to prolonged outdoor exposure, while the substantial tank wall construction provides strength for demanding mobile and commercial applications.

Polyethylene construction also provides excellent corrosion resistance for AdBlue storage.

Lockable Protective Cover

The pump, hose connections and dispensing components are housed beneath a protective lockable cover.

This helps protect the equipment from damage, dirt and unauthorised access during transport or when the vehicle is unattended.

Compatible Liquid Fertilisers

The diaphragm pump construction may also be suitable for transferring some liquid fertilisers and other compatible fluids.

Always confirm chemical compatibility with the tank, pump, hose, seals and nozzle before using the system with any liquid other than AdBlue / DEF / urea solution.

Each tank comes with an integrated Adblue transfer pump which is housed under a protecting and lockable top folding cover. The pumps are mounted with a top entry suction line into the tank and a 4m discharge hose with automatic fuel nozzle. This setup is very simple and tidy and makes using a breeze. Performance Pumps and Quality Components

This unit features a high quality self priming diaphragm pump which will flow ~23 L/min at its maximum back-pressure. This 12v pump has a 30 min duty cycle meaning it will easily empty the Adblues tank without needing to stop to cool down.

The unit includes a automatic cut off nozzle meaning you will never overflow the tank you're filling. Similar to your standard diesel browser, when the tank is full, the nozzle will automatically shut off flow.

Each pump includes a internal bypass valve which means it can be run with the automatic discharge nozzle closed for short periods. This is important as it protects the pump for the period of time where the nozzle is closed yet the pump motor is still operating.

Roto Moulded Tanks

These tanks are rotomolded from high quality UV stabilised plastics to deliver a seamless and virtually leak proof storage solution. When designing plastic tanks many companies cut corners and leave out the expensive ingredients which make the plastic resistant to UV attack. The Paddock tanks have UV blockers and carbon black additives which give a high UV resistance. These tanks also use more raw material to deliver thicker walls and more strength and resistance to wear and tear and whilst this makes the tanks a little heavier, it's well worth it for the benefits.

These tanks have forklift tine recesses moulded into the base making relocation simple with machinery.
