Description
Heavy-duty 20kg calibration weights for the calibration and testing of large weighing scales. Manufactured from solid iron with an integrated carrying handle, these weights are suited to Scintex livestock, platform and other compatible weighing systems.
Each individual weight is 20kg, with weights available for purchase in 100kg quantities.
20kg Scale Calibration Weights
Calibration weights provide a known reference weight for checking and calibrating compatible weighing scales.
For Scintex weighing systems, the supplied calibration procedure requires a minimum calibration weight equivalent to 10% of the scale's maximum weighing capacity. Refer to the instructions for your specific scale and monitor before commencing calibration.

Scintex Scale Calibration
When calibrating compatible Scintex scales, use a minimum of 10% of the scale's maximum weighing capacity.
Examples supplied for Scintex scales include:
- Scintex X-1 Series 3MT scales: 300kg calibration weight required
- Scintex Horse & Equine scales: 150kg calibration weight required
Scintex scale monitors are supplied unlocked, allowing access to the calibration settings. Follow the calibration procedure provided in the relevant scale manual.
