High Flow Diesel Transfer Pumps - 120 L/min & 550 L/min
These industrial diesel transfer pumps are designed for continuous duty operation and high-volume fuel transfer. They are ideal for applications where standard transfer pumps are too slow, including bulk tank transfers, truck loading and unloading, fuel depot operations and machinery refuelling.
Both models operate from 240V single-phase power and are self-priming for straightforward installation and operation.
Important: These pumps are suitable for diesel, biodiesel and compatible light oils. They are not suitable for petrol or heavy oils such as engine oil, hydraulic oil or gear oil.

120 L/min Gear Pump
The SP240V120LPM is a heavy duty gear pump capable of transferring diesel at up to 120 L/min. Its 1" BSP inlet and outlet connections make it easy to integrate into common fuel transfer systems, while the continuous duty motor makes it suitable for regular commercial and agricultural use.
This model is ideal for workshops, farms, machinery refuelling, storage tank transfer and other applications requiring significantly faster flow than smaller portable diesel pumps.
550 L/min High Flow Diesel Pump
The SPEVDS550LM is designed for very high-volume diesel transfer, with a maximum flow rate of up to 550 L/min. The open impeller pump design, 3" BSP inlet and 2" BSP outlet allow large volumes of fuel to be moved efficiently.
This model is particularly well suited to bulk fuel transfer applications such as truck loading and unloading, fuel depot operations and transferring diesel between large storage tanks.
Maximum System Pressure Rating
Both pump models are listed with a maximum system pressure rating of 10 bar (145 PSI). This figure refers to the pressure rating of the pump system and associated components and should not be interpreted as the discharge pressure generated by the pump.
The actual pump performance is defined by the maximum discharge head specifications listed below. The 120 L/min model has a maximum discharge head of 20m, while the 550 L/min model has a maximum discharge head of 18m.
