Description
The AdBlue Drum Pump is a versatile transfer pump designed for AdBlue, DEF, urea solutions and other compatible fluids. With both 12V DC and 240V AC power options, it can be used in workshops, depots, farms, service vehicles and remote locations without needing separate pumps for mains and battery operation.
Suitable for 60L and 205L drums, IBCs and other storage tanks, the pump is supplied as a complete transfer kit with suction tube, hose, nozzle, fittings and power leads.

Designed for AdBlue & DEF Transfer
AdBlue and Diesel Exhaust Fluid require suitable materials throughout the transfer system to help maintain fluid purity and prevent contamination.
This pump is designed for AdBlue and urea transfer applications and uses compatible wetted materials including:

The adjustable suction tube extends from approximately 985mm to 1250mm, allowing the pump to suit a range of storage containers.

Actual flow will depend on fluid viscosity, suction tube position, hose restriction and power supply conditions.
15 Minute Duty Cycle
This pump has a duty cycle of approximately 15 minutes.
It is designed for intermittent drum and tank transfer rather than extended continuous-duty pumping.
Allow the pump to cool between prolonged transfer operations where required.

Do not use this pump with petrol or gasoline.

AdBlue Handling & Cleanliness
AdBlue quality can be affected by contamination, so equipment used for AdBlue transfer should be kept clean and dedicated to compatible fluids wherever possible.
Avoid introducing dirt, fuel, oil or incompatible chemicals into the pump, hose, nozzle or storage container.
If the pump is being used specifically for AdBlue, keeping the complete transfer kit dedicated to AdBlue service is recommended.
Important Operating Notes
Duty cycle: Maximum recommended operating period is approximately 15 minutes at a time.
Petrol: Do not use with petrol or gasoline.
Chemical compatibility: Always compare the fluid being transferred with the listed wetted materials before use.
AdBlue cleanliness: Keep all transfer components clean to help maintain the purity of AdBlue and DEF fluids.
