Paddock™ Bunded Diesel Tanks provide a heavy-duty, secure solution for storing and dispensing diesel on farms, construction sites, workshops and industrial facilities. Available in 480L and 1,000L capacities, each unit combines a durable polyethylene diesel tank with a protective steel outer structure and a complete 12V fuel transfer system.

Each tank is equipped with a high-flow 56 L/min diesel transfer pump, 10m retractable hose reel and automatic shut-off nozzle, providing a convenient all-in-one diesel storage and refuelling solution.

Paddock™ Bunded Diesel Storage & Transfer Tanks

Designed for demanding Australian working conditions, these Paddock™ diesel tanks combine a heavy-duty rotomoulded polyethylene inner tank with a protective steel outer structure. The design provides additional protection for the fuel tank and dispensing equipment while creating a practical package for on-site diesel storage and refuelling.

Available in 480L and 1,000L usable capacities, these tanks are ideal for refuelling machinery, vehicles and equipment in locations where convenient access to diesel is required.

Complete 12V Diesel Refuelling System

Each tank comes equipped with an integrated 12V diesel transfer system housed beneath a protective, lockable folding cover. The pump draws diesel through a top-entry suction line and delivers fuel through a 10m retractable 3/4" hose and automatic shut-off nozzle.

Simply connect the supplied power leads to a suitable 12V battery and the tank is ready for refuelling compatible diesel-powered machinery, vehicles and equipment.

The Paddock™ Difference

56 L/min High-Flow Diesel Pump

The Paddock™ bunded tanks are supplied with a heavy-duty 56 L/min 12V diesel transfer pump, helping reduce refuelling time when filling machinery and vehicles.

The pump incorporates an internal bypass valve, allowing the pump to continue operating briefly while the automatic nozzle is closed. This is particularly useful during refuelling, giving the operator time to switch the pump off after the nozzle automatically stops the fuel flow.

Actual dispensing flow will depend on operating conditions including battery voltage, hose length, nozzle restriction and other system pressure losses.

Automatic Shut-Off Fuel Nozzle

Each unit includes an automatic shut-off diesel nozzle with an integrated swivel fitting. The swivel helps reduce hose twisting and kinking during use, while the automatic nozzle shuts off when the receiving fuel tank reaches the appropriate fill level.

This provides a convenient refuelling experience similar to using a conventional diesel bowser.

10m Retractable Diesel Hose Reel

A generous 10m of 3/4" diesel delivery hose is supplied on an integrated retractable reel. The additional hose length makes it easier to position the storage tank while still reaching machinery, vehicles and other equipment for refuelling.

The retractable reel also keeps the hose neatly stored and protected when not in use.

Heavy-Duty Rotomoulded Polyethylene Tank

The inner diesel tanks are rotomoulded from UV-stabilised polyethylene to create a strong, seamless fuel storage vessel without conventional welded seams.

The polyethylene formulation incorporates UV stabilisation for outdoor use, while the substantial tank wall construction provides additional resistance to the wear and impact encountered in agricultural, construction and industrial environments.

Polyethylene construction also provides excellent corrosion resistance, making these tanks particularly practical for demanding outdoor applications.

Protective Steel Outer Structure

The polyethylene diesel tank is housed within a heavy-duty steel outer structure, providing additional physical protection during storage, transport and operation.

The design also provides practical lifting and handling points, making the tanks well suited to sites where fuel storage may need to be relocated as work progresses.

When empty, the tanks can be stacked up to three units high to assist with storage and transport efficiency.

Note: Pump flow ratings are nominal. Actual flow may be reduced by friction losses through the hose, fittings and nozzle and can also be affected by battery voltage and installation conditions.

Optional Digital Metering Nozzle

For applications where operators want to monitor the amount of diesel dispensed, the standard nozzle can be complemented by the optional SNADFM03 automatic shut-off nozzle with integrated digital flow meter.
