Description
GESPASA CG-150 centrifugal diesel transfer pump designed for high-volume fuel transfer applications. Powered by a 1.1kW single-phase motor, the pump can deliver up to 500 L/min depending on system pressure and installation conditions, making it well suited to bulk diesel transfer between tanks and larger fuel-handling systems.

GESPASA CG-150 Centrifugal Diesel Transfer Pump
The GESPASA CG-150 is a high-flow centrifugal pump designed for diesel transfer applications. Its 1.1kW single-phase motor provides the capacity required for bulk fuel movement, with flow rate varying according to system pressure and discharge head.
The pump is best suited to installations with flooded suction, although it can achieve suction lift of up to approximately 6m when installed with a suitable check valve and priming arrangement.

High-Flow Bulk Diesel Transfer
Centrifugal pumps operate along a performance curve, meaning flow rate decreases as system pressure and discharge head increase. The CG-150 is therefore particularly well suited to bulk diesel transfer applications where high flow rates are required.
Typical applications include transferring diesel between storage tanks, workshop and depot fuel systems, agricultural fuel installations and other compatible bulk fuel transfer systems.
Installation & Suction
For best performance, centrifugal pumps should be installed with flooded suction wherever practical. This means the fuel level is positioned above the pump inlet so fuel naturally feeds into the pump.
Where flooded suction is not possible, the CG-150 can achieve suction lift of up to approximately 6m when installed with a suitable check valve and correctly primed suction system.
All suction pipework should be kept as short and unrestricted as practical and should be properly sealed to prevent air entering the system.
