Description
The Digital Diesel Pump Station is a complete 240V fuel transfer and refuelling package designed for farms, workshops, depots, industrial sites and general diesel dispensing applications. The station combines an 80 L/min electric vane pump, digital flow meter, automatic shut-off nozzle, suction hose and delivery hose in a sturdy enclosed metal housing.
It provides a convenient all-in-one solution for transferring and dispensing diesel from storage tanks while allowing the operator to monitor individual deliveries and accumulated fuel usage from the digital display.

Complete Diesel Refuelling Package
This pump station brings the key components required for diesel dispensing together in a single package.
The unit includes:
- 240V electric vane pump
- Digital flow meter
- Automatic fuel nozzle
- 4m delivery hose
- 2m suction hose
- Suction strainer
- Enclosed metal cabinet
This makes installation and everyday operation simpler than assembling individual fuel transfer components separately.
80 L/min Diesel Transfer Pump
The integrated 240V vane pump delivers a nominal flow rate of approximately 80 L/min, making it well suited to refuelling machinery, vehicles and equipment with larger fuel tanks.
Actual delivered flow will depend on factors including:
- Suction lift
- Fuel viscosity
- Hose length
- Filters and fittings
- Nozzle restriction
- System condition
Digital Fuel Meter
The integrated digital flow meter allows operators to monitor fuel as it is dispensed.
The meter provides:
- Current delivery measurement
- Resettable total
- Non-resettable grand total
This is useful for workshops, farms and depots where tracking individual refuelling events or cumulative fuel usage is important.
Automatic Shut-Off Fuel Nozzle
The supplied aluminium fuel nozzle incorporates an automatic shut-off function.
This allows the nozzle to stop dispensing when the receiving tank reaches the appropriate level, helping reduce the risk of overfilling during normal refuelling.
As with any fuel transfer equipment, the operator should remain present and monitor the refuelling process at all times.
Internal Pump Bypass Valve
The vane pump includes an internal bypass valve which allows fuel to recirculate for short periods if the discharge is temporarily closed.
This is useful during refuelling when the nozzle closes before the pump has been switched off.
Do not leave the pump operating in bypass for extended periods. Prolonged recirculation can increase fuel and pump temperature and may reduce component life.
Enclosed Fuel Station Design
The pump, meter and associated components are mounted within a sturdy enclosed metal housing.
This produces a cleaner installation and provides added protection for the internal components in workshop, farm and industrial environments.
Typical Applications
- Farm diesel tanks
- Machinery refuelling
- Industrial workshops
- Transport depots
- Construction equipment
- Generators
- Earthmoving machinery
- Tractors and agricultural equipment

Fluid Compatibility
The pump station is primarily intended for diesel transfer.
The supplied pump may also be compatible with selected low-viscosity fluids including:
- Diesel
- Biodiesel
- Low-viscosity hydraulic oils
- Warm vegetable oils
- Compatible light lubricants
- Selected compatible solvents
Important: The integrated digital flow meter is specified for diesel or kerosene. If transferring fluids other than diesel, confirm compatibility of the pump, meter, hose, seals and nozzle before use.
Not suitable for petrol / gasoline or aviation fuel.
Installation & Operating Tips
- Position the station close to the fuel source where practical
- Keep the suction line free from air leaks
- Use the supplied suction strainer to protect the pump
- Ensure the suction hose is not kinked or restricted
- Keep the nozzle and hose clean when not in use
- Do not operate the pump in bypass for extended periods
- Monitor the station during every refuelling operation
Important Operating Notes
Intermittent duty: This pump is not listed as continuous-duty. Avoid extended uninterrupted operation beyond its intended duty cycle.
Meter compatibility: The digital meter is specified for diesel and kerosene. Do not assume its stated accuracy applies to other fluids.
No petrol or aviation fuel: This system must not be used with petrol, gasoline or aviation fuels.
Electrical supply: The station operates from 240V single phase power and should be installed and used in accordance with applicable electrical safety requirements.
Fuel transfer safety: Always supervise refuelling and ensure suitable procedures are in place for fuel spills, ignition control and static management.
