Description
The GESPASA MGE-40 Electronic Gear Flow Meter is a compact digital meter designed for measuring and totalising diesel and lubricant flow. Its positive displacement gear measuring system provides accurate measurement across a wide range of compatible fluid-transfer applications.
The MGE-40 handles flow rates from 2–50L/min with diesel and 2–40L/min with lubricants, with lubricant compatibility up to SAE 140. A removable rubberised outer case provides additional protection for industrial and workshop use.
GESPASA MGE-40 Electronic Gear Flow Meter
The GESPASA MGE-40 is a battery-powered electronic flow meter designed for diesel and lubricant transfer systems. Internal gears rotate as fluid passes through the meter, allowing the electronic display to measure the quantity dispensed and maintain a totalised flow reading.
With 1/2" BSP female connections, operating pressure up to 50 bar / 725 psi and stated accuracy of ±0.5%, the MGE-40 is suited to a range of workshop, industrial and fluid-transfer installations.

Diesel & Lubricant Measurement
The MGE-40 has different maximum flow rates depending on the fluid being measured:

The meter is suitable for compatible lubricants with viscosity up to SAE 140.
Digital Display
The integrated electronic display provides both individual dispensing and cumulative total information:
