This unit is design to measure and calculate fuel consumption in diesel engines that run supply and return fuel lines. It takes pulse signals from up to two external flow meters. It has the ability to store data internally or export to a data logger via its RS-485 capability.
This low voltage digital display has two pulse flow meter inputs allowing the supply and return fuel lines to a diesel engine to be monitored. It also features the ability to export data via its RS-485 output, meaning a data logger can be connected.
These units can be used to monitor fuel usage in fixed and mobile diesel engines. Ideal for catching fuel theft as when combined with our range of flow meters, highly accurate fuel monitor is possible.
Compatible with diesel engines of all sizes and capacities. Can also be used with petrol engines. Can be used to monitor fuel or oil flow when combined with a suitable pulse meter.
The unit also features internal memory for limited data logging capability and with the USB interface, data can quickly and easily be extracted. The large display screen also allows users to review the saved data without extracting to another device if they wish. With the RS-485 output capability, users can connect external high capacity data loggers or interface and display data in existing control screens and systems. A Modbus_Stock file aids users who wish to understand this.

Note this display unit does not have an IP rating and should be installed inside a suitable enclosure to protect it from water ingress. Corrosion from use in salt marine environments is not covered by warranty, it is up to the user to suitably install for the environment.
