High Flow Automatic Diesel Nozzle – 1-1/2" & 2" BSP
When refuelling large machinery and equipment, a conventional fuel nozzle can become a significant restriction. These heavy-duty automatic diesel nozzles feature large 1-1/2" or 2" inlet connections to accommodate high-flow diesel transfer systems.
With a suitably sized pump, hose, fittings and tank arrangement, flow rates exceeding 200 L/min are possible, helping reduce refuelling time for large fuel tanks.

Automatic Shut-Off
The automatic shut-off mechanism is designed to stop fuel delivery when the receiving tank reaches the appropriate fill level, helping reduce the risk of overfilling during normal refuelling.
As with any high-flow refuelling equipment, the operator should remain in attendance throughout the refuelling process and ensure the nozzle is correctly positioned in the tank filler.

Important Refuelling Information
Always remain with the nozzle while refuelling. Automatic shut-off is an important safety and convenience feature but should not be relied upon as the sole means of preventing spills or overfilling.
Before installation, confirm all pumps, hoses, fittings, filters and associated equipment are compatible with diesel fuel and suitable for the operating pressure and required flow rate.
