High Flow Automatic Fuel Nozzle – 100 L/min, 1" BSP
Description
The High Flow Automatic Fuel Nozzle is designed for fast dispensing of compatible fuels at flow rates up to 100 L/min. Featuring automatic shut-off, a 3-position trigger lock and a 1" BSP female inlet, it is well suited to farm, workshop, machinery, industrial and fuel transfer applications.
The nozzle is compatible with a range of fuels including diesel, biodiesel, petrol/gasoline and methanol, with a maximum stated operating pressure of 3.5 bar / 50 PSI.
100 L/min Automatic Fuel Nozzle
This heavy-duty aluminium fuel nozzle combines high-flow dispensing with automatic shut-off for efficient refuelling from compatible pumped fuel systems.
A three-position trigger lock allows the operator to select different dispensing rates, while the 1" BSP female inlet can be connected to a suitable swivel to help prevent the fuel hose twisting during use.
Automatic Fuel Nozzle Features
- Flow rate up to 100 L/min
- Automatic shut-off operation with suitable fuels and operating conditions
- 3-position trigger lock
- 1" BSP female inlet
- 1-3/16" spout
- Aluminium construction
- Maximum stated pressure 3.5 bar / 50 PSI
- Compatible with diesel and biodiesel
- Compatible with petrol / unleaded / gasoline
- Compatible with methanol
- Suitable for compatible oils, subject to viscosity
Automatic Shut-Off
The automatic shut-off mechanism is designed to stop fuel flow when the receiving tank reaches the nozzle sensing point, helping reduce the risk of overfilling during normal refuelling.
The operator should remain with the nozzle and monitor the refuelling process at all times. Automatic shut-off is a secondary control and should not be relied upon as the only means of preventing spills or overfilling.
High Flow – Up to 100 L/min
The nozzle is designed for dispensing at flow rates up to 100 L/min when used with a suitably sized pump, hose, fittings and fuel system.
Actual flow will depend on pump performance, fuel viscosity, hose diameter and length, filters, fittings and other system restrictions.
3-Position Trigger Lock
The trigger incorporates three locking positions, allowing the nozzle to be held at different dispensing rates without continuously holding the trigger.
The operator should remain in attendance whenever the trigger lock is engaged.
Fuel Compatibility
The supplied compatibility information includes:
- Diesel
- Biodiesel
- Petrol / unleaded / gasoline
- Methanol
- Compatible oils
Always confirm the complete dispensing system – including the pump, hose, seals, fittings, meter and nozzle – is suitable for the fluid being transferred.
Important Note for Oils
Automatic shut-off may not operate correctly with high-viscosity fluids such as motor oil.
When dispensing high-viscosity oil, the nozzle may operate as a manual dispensing nozzle without reliable automatic shut-off. The operator must manually control and stop the flow.
Typical Applications
- Farm fuel transfer
- Agricultural machinery
- Earthmoving and construction equipment
- Workshop refuelling
- Industrial fuel transfer
- Mining and site equipment
- Vehicle and machinery refuelling
- Compatible marine fuel transfer systems

Installation & Operation
Connect the nozzle using compatible fuel-rated fittings and hose. A suitable 1" swivel fitting can be incorporated between the hose and nozzle to improve handling and reduce hose twisting.
Ensure the pump and complete transfer system remain within the nozzle's stated 3.5 bar / 50 PSI maximum pressure.
Before use, confirm that all wetted components in the complete fuel-transfer system are compatible with the fluid being dispensed, particularly when transferring petrol, methanol or blended fuels.
