Description
The Paddock™ PIV2200 Industrial Dust Extractor is designed for demanding dry concrete dust applications including floor grinding, scarifying, core drilling and dry concrete cutting. Twin AMETEK motors, multi-stage filtration, H13 HEPA filters and automatic pulse filter cleaning provide a powerful dust extraction solution for professional concrete and construction work.
Paddock™ PIV2200 Industrial Dust Extractor
Built for high-dust applications, the PIV2200 combines cyclonic separation with H12 pre-filters and H13 HEPA filters to capture fine airborne dust generated during concrete grinding, scarifying, drilling and cutting.
An automatic pulse cleaning system regularly cleans the pre-filters during operation, helping maintain airflow and reducing the need to stop work for frequent manual filter cleaning. Collected material is discharged into a continuous bag system for convenient containment and disposal.

Automatic Pulse Filter Cleaning
Fine concrete dust can rapidly load conventional vacuum filters and reduce airflow. The PIV2200 incorporates an automatic pulse cleaning system that regularly cleans the H12 pre-filters during operation.
This allows the operator to continue working without repeatedly stopping to manually pulse or clean the main filters. The cleaning cycle is designed to help maintain suction and airflow as dust accumulates during demanding applications.
Multi-Stage Filtration
The PIV2200 uses multiple stages to separate and capture dust before filtered air is discharged from the machine.
Stage 1 – Cyclonic Separation: Incoming air enters the dust extractor and larger particles are separated from the airflow before reaching the filters.
Stage 2 – H12 Pre-Filters: The H12 pre-filters provide a large 2m² filtration area and have a stated filtration performance of 99.95% at 0.3 micron. These filters are automatically pulse cleaned during operation.
Stage 3 – H13 HEPA Filters: Final filtration is provided by H13 HEPA filters with a combined filtration area of 2.4m² and a stated filtration performance of 99.99% at 0.3 micron.
Continuous Bag Dust Collection
The continuous bag collection system helps reduce direct handling of collected fine dust. Material separated from the airflow collects in the lower hopper before entering the continuous bag below.
As the bag fills, sections can be sealed using suitable ties before being separated for disposal. This allows additional bag material to be drawn down ready for continued operation.
Appropriate PPE and dust-handling procedures should still be followed when handling, sealing and disposing of collected material.

Note: The PIV2200 is a dry dust extractor and is not designed for wet vacuuming.

Concrete cutting, grinding, drilling and surface preparation can generate hazardous fine dust. Always use appropriate dust-control procedures, personal protective equipment and work practices for the material being processed.
Correct dust extractor selection also depends on the connected equipment, dust generation rate and applicable workplace requirements. Follow the supplied operating instructions and inspect filters, hoses, seals and collection bags regularly to maintain the dust extraction system.
