Description
A simple and durable manual fuel dispensing nozzle for fuel transfer pumps and gravity-feed systems. Available with either a 3/4" or 1" BSP female inlet, the nozzle features aluminium alloy construction, a 15/16" spout and manual trigger control.
Ideal for farm, workshop, machinery and general fuel transfer applications where a straightforward manually controlled dispensing nozzle is required.
Manual Fuel Dispensing Nozzle / Gun
This manual fuel nozzle provides direct operator control over fuel dispensing without an automatic shut-off mechanism. Its simple design makes it suitable for use with compatible transfer pumps as well as gravity-feed systems.

Manual Flow Control
The nozzle uses a manually operated trigger, giving the operator direct control over starting and stopping fuel flow.
This nozzle does not incorporate automatic tank-full shut-off. The operator must remain in attendance and manually stop dispensing before the receiving tank is full.
3/4" & 1" BSP Options
Two inlet sizes are available to suit different fuel hose and transfer system configurations:
- 3/4" BSP female
- 1" BSP female

Pump or Gravity Feed
The manual operating design allows the nozzle to be used with compatible electric or mechanical fuel transfer pumps as well as suitable gravity-feed fuel systems.
Actual dispensing flow will depend on the pump or available gravity head, hose diameter and length, fittings, filters, fluid characteristics and other restrictions within the system.

Optional Fuel Nozzle Swivel
An optional aluminium swivel fitting is available to suit the nozzle. Installing a swivel between the fuel hose and nozzle allows the nozzle to rotate relative to the hose, helping reduce hose twisting, binding and kinking during dispensing.
The swivel incorporates a Viton O-ring to provide sealing while allowing rotational movement.
Select the appropriate swivel option from the product options when ordering.
Operation & Compatibility
Before installation, ensure the nozzle, optional swivel, hose, seals, fittings and all other components in the transfer system are compatible with the fluid being dispensed.
As this is a manual nozzle, the operator must remain with the nozzle throughout dispensing and manually stop the flow to prevent overfilling or spills.
