Complete Mobile Oil Dispensing System

This kit combines the main components required for professional oil transfer and dispensing into one mobile package. The trolley supports the drum, pump and hose reel, allowing the complete system to be moved around a workshop or service facility as required.

The long 15m hose provides excellent working reach, allowing multiple vehicles, machines or storage points to be serviced without continually relocating the drum.

5:1 Air Driven Oil Pump

The pneumatic pump uses a 5:1 pressure ratio, making it well suited to pumping medium and higher viscosity oils through long hose runs.

With a suitable compressed air supply, the pump can achieve flow rates up to approximately 12 L/min.

Air operation also provides a simple, durable pumping solution for workshops where compressed air is already available.

15m Retractable Hose Reel

The integrated 15m hose reel provides extended reach while helping keep the hose stored neatly when not in use.

Retractable hose storage reduces clutter around the workshop, helps protect the hose from damage and makes servicing multiple vehicles or machines more convenient.

Digital Metered Dispensing Nozzle

The dispensing nozzle incorporates a digital flow meter, allowing the operator to monitor the amount of oil delivered during servicing.

This is particularly useful when filling engines, gearboxes, transmissions and hydraulic systems where a known volume of lubricant is required.

The meter is rated to an accuracy of approximately ±0.5% under suitable operating conditions.

Suitable for a Range of Lubricants

The system is designed for dispensing compatible oils and lubricants up to approximately SAE 250 viscosity.

Typical applications include:

  • Engine oil dispensing
  • Gear oils
  • Transmission oils
  • Hydraulic oils
  • Workshop lubricant transfer
  • Fleet servicing
  • Industrial maintenance
  • Agricultural machinery servicing

Important: Always confirm compatibility of the fluid with the pump, hose, seals and dispensing components before use.

Choosing an Air Compressor

The pump requires a compressed air supply capable of delivering approximately 240 L/min at the required operating pressure.

When selecting a compressor, check its free air delivery (FAD) rather than tank size alone. A compressor with insufficient continuous air delivery may still operate the pump, but flow performance will be reduced and the compressor may cycle frequently.

Always operate the pump through a suitable inline air regulator so the air pressure can be controlled within the recommended 70-115 PSI range.

The pump uses a 1/4" air inlet connection, however connection size alone does not determine whether a compressor can supply sufficient air volume.

Installation Note: Secure the drum correctly within the trolley before use and ensure all hose, air and dispensing connections are properly tightened before pressurising the system.
