Heavy Duty Spring Driven Oil Hose Reel
The Scintex hose reels are simple to use and easy to install, designed and built for industrial use. They are of a heavy duty steel construction and perfect for vehicle repair and maintenance workshops. Hose reels protect the hose from kinking, fraying and being run over. Storing your hose on a reel provides good housekeeping and reduces opportunities for trip hazards making your business safer.
These hose reels are designed with flexible mounting arrangement options such as wall, floor and ceiling mount. Heavy duty rollers allow the hose to feed out smoothly in all directions without the need of a swivel reel. The maintenance free retractable spring tension is easy to adjust to achieve the desired retraction force.
The reels are constructed to be strong and include some great features such as a heavy duty roller arm which is needed when pulling hose out of a reel on a angle. The heavy gauge steel frame comes with stiffening ribs whilst the drum itself is stamped and reinforced before receiving a thick powder coating for corrosion protection.
The reels are furnished with S.A.E. 100R1 which is a NBR (Nitrile Buna N Rubber) material compatible with most common fuels including petrol, diesel, oils as well as air and water up to 100C in temperature. The hose itself consists of an inner tube of oil-resistant synthetic rubber, wire braid reinforcement and an oil- and weather-resistant synthetic rubber cover making it perfect for most workshops and maintenance facilities.
