Puddle Suckers, low boys, dry bottoms, these are all industry names for submersible pumps which can pump down to extremely low water levels. These Tsurumi pumps will draw down to only 1mm water depth making them ideal for complete drainage of flat surfaces, basements, car parks and pits.
Tsurumi pumps are a Japanese design and are known across the world for their exceptional performance and reliability. The puddle sucker series are unique in that they can pump down to water levels of only 1mm.
These pumps have a rubber-lined base plate which prevents floor scratching. They also have a directional discharge connection meaning they can discharge vertically for tight pits or horizontally to prevent hose kinking in applications where the water is to be directed off to the side.
The pumps unique flow through design helps the pump to stay cool even at low fluid levels. There is also built in check valves to prevent back flow when the pump is turned off.
The LSP model offered comes with a dedicated inlet on the side of the pump. To this is attached 5m of suction hose and the Tsurumi suction attachment.
